Warehouse ceiling cleaning and office interior painting
This two-week project began with comprehensive cleaning of the ceiling and office spaces in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse. The facility remained open for business while we executed the cleaning and painting, which required our team to forego the use of traditional compressed air devices and use vacuums instead to remove spiderwebs, dust and dirt from surfaces. This approach prevented debris from falling on employees and their work areas.
For the office walls we used Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200, which offers a strong combination of zero VOCs, durability, easy application and a smooth, uniform appearance. For the doors we used Sherwin-Williams Multi-Surface acrylic paint, which bonds well with doors and provides a durable finish that resists scuffs, scratches and fingerprints. Within a two-week window, we were able to present fully refreshed and clean office spaces with minimal workflow disruption to the client.
