Exterior wood siding, balcony & soffits painting for HOA building
Tackling this mulit-story, two-building exterior project required our painting experts to use their skills on balconies, metal railings, soffits and wood siding. As with all projects involving HOAs, Painters Inc. made sure to carefully plan with all HOA point personnel to ensure the correct paint colors were used and that all items on the checklist were taken care of within the timeframe originally estimated.
Aside from the exterior painting work, the Painters Inc. crew also identified areas of the property that required maintenance. For example, they replaced rusted railings and painted them. Various areas of the wood siding were in need of replacing, which the crew did with expert precision. Finally, the balcony floors were painted using a BASF membrane product. Sherwin Williams Woodscape paints were used on wood surfaces and Sherwin Williams Urethane Alkyd was the product of choice for the metal railings. The crew was able to safely reach high areas of the property with a boom lift.
