This project required extreme attention to detail, because there were many components involved, including the floor of the porches, steps, the underside of the porch and steps and all four sides of each spindle, as well as the slats in the porches.
This two-week long project, which took two coats of Sherwin Williams SuperDeck stain, took extra time and consideration due to minute details. Painters Inc. laid down protective coverings so stain would not drip onto any surfaces and we used the right tools for the job to ensure a level application of stain. And as usual, we expertly communicated each step of the job to the HOA project manager. All aspects of the job were discussed and Painters Inc. made sure to respect the privacy of the residents, being as unobtrusive as possible while expertly applying the stain.
