Interior painting for HOA apartment building
This HOA client in Elmhurst called for a large painting project on a six-story, 60-unit building. Despite the breadth of the work, the Painters Inc. crew was able to complete the entire project within the six-week time estimate made at the beginning. The finishes in this building are all high-quality, which meant the HOA manager expected quality results when the painting project was completed.
The bulk of this job involved painting the hallways between the units, as well as unit doors and elevator doors, trim and baseboards. We utilized Benjamin Moore Scuff X paints matching the exact tones requested by the client. As usual, upon completion of the project, the client found Painters Inc. professionals to be very courteous, neat and able to work quietly as to not disturb residents.
