The scope of the project included painting exterior balconies, railing, lintels and balcony ceilings. We were able to deliver on the clients directive of offering a “quality” finish. Furthermore, we’re experienced in working on HOA properties, which makes the usual complexities a non-issue for our crew.
We chose Sherwin Williams Urethane Alkyd paint for this project due to its high solids, high gloss and ease of use. We also chose Sherwin Williams Duration for other areas of the exterior for its ability to repel stains and for its durability. While the project was extensive and required an eye for exacting details, we were able to complete the job with total customer satisfaction in the two-week time period projected in the estimate.
