Exterior painting for an HOA townhouse complex
For large projects that need to be planned out over a few years, or even several years, Painters Inc. works with HOA managers to plan accordingly. Such is the case with this project in Chicago involving 10 buildings and 80 units. This extensive project includes exterior painting of siding, windows, doors and metal fencing. For the wood surfaces, we chose Sherwin Williams Duration paint for its superior quality in protecting surfaces and holding up for years. Metal surfaces were painted with Sherwin Williams Urethane Alkyd paint.
Painters Inc. has completed the first phase over a five-week period and will return per the HOA’s request next year to complete the second phase of the project, which also includes a multitude of exterior structures throughout the complex. Part of the challenge in a project like this is working around residents in an unobtrusive manner, which is something Painters Inc. is quite skilled at, as all of our professional painters bring respect for the jobsite with every project we sign on to.
