From my first email to Eugene to project completion was Total Pro all the way
Wow! I thought my project was small when I first decided to call a pro. After seeing what Eugene and his crew actually did, I quickly realized there was no way I could have pulled this off. From my first email to Eugene to project completion was Total Pro all the way. In the time we live where everything is mediocre it is so refreshing to work with a company that goes above and beyond. The crew was friendly, accommodating but all business.
Each night they returned our spaces back to a live-able place and then were back like clockwork the next morning and did it all over again and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
Painting is ALL about the details and so is business but many times you don’t get both. With Eugene and his crew you get both. I highly recommend Painters Inc!!!

Painters Inc. was hired to paint 140 duplex buildings and they are the premier painting firm for Associations. They are wonderful to work with and do excellent work. As a Board member, I was happy not to receive a single complaint from any homeowner
We hired Painters Inc to paint the trim and replace any rotten wood on the homes in our HOA. They did a great job! As a Board member, I was happy not to receive a single complaint from any homeowner. With a project of this size, that is hard to achieve. And just as important, I did receive compliments on the work being done. Eugene & Damien did a great job communicating throughout the whole project, which in projects like this are often lacking.

They did the best job, absolutely perfection
Painters Inc. was hired by us to paint the warehouse walls and roof deck. They did the best job, absolutely perfection. We then hired them for our new office remodel in Roselle, IL. Top notch once again! The General Contractor now uses them for their projects. As a contractor myself, I can tell you that this is the best painting outfit that I have ever used in over 30 years. Go with Painters Inc, you will be extremely happy with their work. I cannot say enough about their office staff, crews, and quality of workmanship.

They are professional, talented, and respectful of our building and residents
Painters, Inc is the best painting company we have ever dealt with!
This is the second time they have worked in our condo building. We really needed touch-up painting throughout. But we also had 2 units that had water damage and needed new drywall ceilings in each of their bathrooms (1 1/2 baths each), and painting.
Eugene Guva came to see what was needed, gave us a very good proposal and had our work scheduled within a couple of weeks.
The painting techs came, we showed them around and they said “we’ve got this”. And they did. they started with the drywall in both units, which was done perfectly.
While that dried, they started patching all areas in our hallways that were very banged up. The next day, they brought in a third tech and started painting, matching paint beautifully!The third, and last day, they finished painting hallways and touched up the 2 units. They also applied cover guards on wall edges on each side of our elevator. We couldn’t be more pleased!
Everything looks brand new!A huge thanks to Eugene, and his techs Damian, Asar and Michael! They are professional, talented, and respectful of our building and residents. We definitely consider them to be the only painting company to work with in Chicago!

They left the space cleaner than when they arrived
Painters Inc was fantastic to work with. A real partner in the project. They came a painted a warehouse and doors for us. They had a high quality of work and completed the job quickly so we could market the property. They left the space cleaner than when they arrived. I can not say enough good things about Painters Inc and will be using them again in the future.

They had the job finished ahead of time
Excellent service, their crew were hard workers, they had the job finished ahead of time ! and they were very neat. Being a building with 48 condos, I expected some complaints, but all the owners were very satisfied. We will definitely use them again for our future projects

The estimates were accurate and the guys were professional
These guys painted our gallery quickly and did great work. We had them paint an exterior security door and liked them enough to call them back to do some interior work. The estimates were accurate and the guys were professional. We will be working with them again.

I along with all of my three Boards here at Park Lane highly recommend Painters Inc for any painting and or wood replacement projects. Painters Inc has done two projects for us in the past two years. A wood replacement and staining project for the townhome association, an interior hallway project for our mid-rise building, and they will be starting another exterior wood replacement project for the mid-rise building this upcoming August.
I am truly impressed with their employee organization and communications. But most of all for their cleanliness and clean up portion of the jobs. Oh, I forgot to mention, and no complaints from owners or Board members.

Very impressed by the management, and fast return of my phone calls and emails
I was very impressed by the work Painters Inc did in our gym. The job required to paint 24 fitness machines, it was a very detail oriented task. The painters approched the job with great skill and professionalism. They were super clean and organized and left the gym the way it was before they started. I was also very impressed by the management, and fast return of my phone calls and emails. Not only were they professional but eager and happy to do the job that no-one else wanted to do. From start to finish, it was so easy to work with you
I want to thank you and your crew for the outstanding job you did in renovating our condo building these past couple of months. From start to finish, it was so easy to work with you in completing such an enormous task. We recently had our 6 floor, 60 unit Condo Building’s hallways, all unit and elevator doors painted, by Painter’s Inc. They did an excellent job! Their painters were so professional, polite, neat and worked quietly. Can’t say enough great things about Painter’s Inc as a company!
