Complete hallway and lobby walls and doors painting for apartment building
Utilizing Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Zero VOC paint, this project did not subject residents to fumes that are common with so many indoor painting projects. All four stories of the complex required painting of the lobby and hallways, the walls of which were gypsum, and wood baseboards. We painted 39 residential doors and frames, as well as all hallways, the roof vestibule and the lobby.
We also used Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint, which is durable, washable and will stand up to the rigors of high traffic, including traffic common in apartment buildings. Another advantage to using this paint is that it comes with proprietary stain-release technology, which makes it easy to clean and remove stains. Furthermore, it offers unbeatable flow and leveling for a perfect finish that our clients appreciate.
