Interior painting for HOA apartment building
This four-story apartment building project in Wheaton involved painting interior hallways, baseboards, ceilings, walls, doors and trim. As we do with many of our HOA customers, we assisted this client by helping them select the right paint colors and types, which were Benjamin Moore Scuff-X and Regal Select paints – quality paints that look great and last a long, long time. The Scuff-X is perfect for high traffic areas, as it is a highly durable paint. Also, Scuff-X is scrubbable, which means when surfaces do become dirty, they can be cleaned quite easily.
The project, given its extensive scope, took three weeks. The Painters Inc. crew prepped the worksite, cleaned surfaces, made minor repairs where needed and applied the coats of paint. We kept in constant contact with the HOA project manager and were respectful of the residents. Following the application of the paint, we thoroughly cleaned up any residual paint and debris.
