Exterior windows painting for HOA building
This multi-story HOA required the use of a boom lift and a swing stage to reach all of the surfaces that needed to be painted. This type of work requires plenty of training and experience, as well as strict adherence to safety protocols. Furthermore, the client required extreme diligence and attention to details in this project, which involved extensive exterior window painting over a four-week period.
As with any HOA where standards are often set quite high on improvement products, Painters Inc. was careful to choose the right paint. This included Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl, which is a lustrous and durable paint that works well on windows. Sher-Cryl is also a single-component product that is a water-borne acrylic coating that can be applied directly to metal and dries fast. We kept the client up to date as the project went through different phases, and we were able to stay on target with our deadline and on budget, as estimated.
