Interior painting & hallway remodel for HOA apartment building
Completing this project required very close attention to detail, as it is a high end property where finishes were expected to look immaculate. Like many of the painting jobs we take on, this one required more than just painting. For example, wallpaper had to be removed and floor tiles in the lobby and party room were also in need of replacement, which our team was able to do for the client. Also, we updated the property with fire-rated doors that brought the building up to code. New baseboards and trim were installed, and outdated fixtures were replaced with new, modern fixtures.
Given that this is a high-end property, Benjamin Moore Regal Select was the paint of choice for this project, as it is engineered with Gennex Color Technology, which offers unmatched color and durability, but is also a zero-VOC waterborne colorant. The paint worked perfectly in all areas involved, including hallways, ceilings, walls, doors, trim and baseboards. “A customer could not ask anything more of a contractor,” said the client.
