Exterior cleaning and painting for warehouse building
This 96,000-square-foot warehouse in Bolingbrook had faded exterior paint, as it had not been repainted since it was first constructed. As is the case with exterior paint that has been exposed to the elements for years and years, plenty of prep work precedes the actual painting. For this project we used high-pressure power washing to knock down chipped paint and debris. We always ensure the surfaces are completely free of debris and totally dry before we apply primer and paint.
Our painting crew can also make minor repairs when needed to just about any type of surface. To access high surfaces, our crew used boom lifts to safely and efficiently do their work.

This large project involved preparing and painting walls, bollards and main doors. The paint of choice was Superpaint from Sherwin-Williams, a top quality exterior paint from a highly trusted brand.
The client’s request was that we offer a good quality service in the predetermined three-week period and we were able to achieve both of those goals. We were also able to provide added curb appeal to the building’s exterior with an accent color in two horizontal recesses that ran the length of the building on all sides.
