This Chicago HOA client is the owner of a 14-story building and the balconies needed a new coat of paint. Working from swing stages, our crew was able to maneuver around the exterior of the building, applying coats of Sherwin Williams Urethane Alkyd to the many different components of the balconies. The Urethane Alkyd paint is a perfect selection because it looks great and fully protects the metal components of the balcony.
